Under renovation and hallways must be last to be done. Hallways were dark and dinghy. Hotel doors still had construction punch list tape on them BUT once you entered the room was beautiful. All tile. Great kitchenette, fabulous firm mattress and the best pillows. I especially loved the leatherette recliner with tray table for reading in the morning w my coffee. Bathroom was great although I very easily clogged the toilet but was able to unclog on my own. Shower was fabulous. No COLD water was at the bathroom sink. Very impressed front desk called after checking into our room to be sure we were happy. Great touch!!! Front desk staff was amazing both checking in and out. Only upgrades needed: quality of towels and coffeemaker missing in our room. Bed should have 4 pillows vs 3 as there were 2 of us.

The breakfast offering was a little sparse, but the breakfast bars and coffee were very good. Would have preferred mocha creamer instead of vanilla. Room was quiet after the construction overhead stopped at a reasonable hour. Bed was comfortable but the pillows are always too thin for me in any hotel, not just this one. Location was easy to get to and from my event. I liked the clean refrigerator and water pressure in the shower was good. I also liked that I could park my car behind the building and monitor it from the window. I enjoyed being able to take a few laps around the building parking lot in the morning to get myself moving. It was quiet and I felt safe.

The Entire Staff Day & Night was very commendable & helpful during the time of me losing my daughter that day of Nov. 6th I am so ever Grateful to you All & I will come back when I’m in town & have referred people yo this Beautiful place !!!
